ABSTRACT This study examines viewer satisfaction with news channels, using a primary data set to explore public opinion. It considers relevant demographic factors such as name, age, and profession. The data was collected from a sample of 59 respondents through a structured questionnaire. News channels are an important medium for receiving daily updates and current information.
