This study investigates the changes in pro- and antioxidant systems in patients suffering from brain concussion, a common form of mild traumatic brain injury (TBI). Our findings demonstrate distinct temporal patterns of oxidative stress markers and antioxidant defense mechanisms, revealing critical insights into the biochemical processes occurring in the acute post-injury period.
