"WHAT IS THE VACUUM"

I redefine the vacuum as a magnetic information formatting system governed by two physical constants: the Wilcox Constant (κ ≈ 10⁻⁴⁰), which sets the threshold of magnetic coherence, and η (Cosmic Asymmetry), which measures imbalance in vacuum formatting. Quantum phenomena, black holes, dark energy, and gravity emerge from errors or reformatting dynamics of this system. Virtual particles are read-errors when magnetic information density (MID) drops below κ. Black holes occur when MID collapses, with evaporation rates linked to magnetic strength. Dark energy appears as MID thins during expansion. Gravity results from corrective responses to asymmetry in vacuum formatting. The framework is testable via lab experiments, including magnetic trap anomalies in BECs and femtosecond pulse–induced false vacuum bubbles, as well as astrophysical signatures in FRBs and the CMB cold spot. By treating the vacuum as a structured magnetic system rather than a stochastic quantum field, κ and η define the thresholds and balance of vacuum coherence. ---

Abstract
