National multi-actor workshop to valorise the benefits of legume crops in legume value chains – research protocol

A protocol was prepared by the legumES project to assist partners in conducting ‘multi-actor workshops’ in their region. The aim of the workshops was to work with stakeholders and agrifood system actors to understand how the ecosystem services and benefits of legume crops and crop products might be valorised to promote their production and consumption. The protocol was co-developed and refined with project beneficiaries through a series of co-design and training workshops. This report provides the final version of the protocol that was applied in workshops held in 11 partner countries of the project.
