ψ⁸: Retentive Architecture for Atomic Time — A Reproducible Verification Protocol Against IGS Rapid Clock Data
This work introduces a novel retentive architecture (ψ⁸) for the verification of atomic time stability. The protocol is designed as a transparent and reproducible method, aligning predicted phase invariants of ψ⁸ with observed data from IGS Rapid clock files across GPS, Galileo, and GLONASS constellations. Unlike conventional statistical post-processing, the ψ⁸ framework treats difference-retention (Δψ, Ξ) as a universal layer that stabilizes clock deviations and ensures deterministic convergence. The protocol yields verifiable predictions that can be independently reproduced with only: publicly available Rapid clock data, the included pseudocode and parameters, standard computational tools. Results demonstrate reproducible agreement between ψ⁸ predictions and authoritative Rapid clock offsets within the sub-nanosecond domain, establishing ψ⁸ as the first retentive architecture tested directly against atomic-timekeeping infrastructure. This reproducibility protocol ensures that any independent researcher can verify or falsify the claim without hidden dependencies. Beyond atomic clocks, the same framework generalizes toward planetary timing, lunar phases, and gravitational reference signals.
