SRPS — Stacked–Residue Prime Sieve (Cheat Sheet) Two–adic ordering + CRT lifts over primorial layers
Core idea. Let p1 = 2 < p2 < · · · < pk and Qk = Q i≤k pi (primorial). Every prime p > pk is coprime to Qk , hence p ≡ r (mod Qk ) for a unique r ∈ (Z/Qk Z)×. Stream only the arithmetic progressions r + mQk (the survivor classes); lift to Qk+1 = Qk pk+1 by CRT and cull residues divisible by pk+1. Order the stream by two–adic valuation v2(·) for locality. Certify candidates with a deterministic primality test.
