Environmental issues overwhelmingly form the global agenda in the near future. The need to solve environmental problems overwhelmingly affects the global agenda for the coming decades. The article discusses new modern environmental threats, as well as technologies and approaches to their solutions. These are the features of the formation of a new innovative environmental agenda through a changes in the concept of presenting a new environmental culture through cinema. New environmental risks such as: global warming; greenhouse effect, waste recycling problems; air pollution; Water and soil require the cinema to cover the physical phenomena and chemical processes underlying waste treatment methods or air quality control. A new approach is needed to consciously create subjects of the film business and to choose topics for creating plots based on new scientifically based technologies and phenomena.
