The article is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the integration of sanctions screening systems into the financial monitoring processes of logistics enterprises operating under conditions of growing geopolitical instability and increased sanctions pressure. The relevance of the research is determined by the intensification of international restrictive measures, the disruption of established supply chains, the diversification of logistics routes, and the need for companies to effectively manage sanctions-related risks. The objective of research is to develop a scientifically substantiated approach to implementing sanctions screening mechanisms within the existing financial monitoring systems of logistics enterprises, considering the specifics of their operational processes and risk profiles. The methodological basis of the study includes a combination of general scientific and special methods, such as system analysis, risk assessment techniques, classification methods, and expert evaluation. A key element of the research methodology was the classification of sanction risks inherent in logistics activities, which allowed for the differentiation of risk types by categories of operations, counterparties, and delivery routes, as well as the development of practical recommendations for integrating sanction screening into the financial monitoring of logistics enterprises. The recommendations formulated in the article include the establishment of a unified risk assessment framework, the use of automated screening tools, the introduction of additional due diligence measures for high-risk operations, and the development of internal regulatory documents governing sanctions compliance procedures. The practical significance of the study lies in providing logistics companies with effective tools for strengthening financial monitoring processes and ensuring their alignment with international sanctions regimes. The research contributes to increasing the resilience of logistics enterprises to external sanctions threats, minimizing the likelihood of financial losses and reputational risks, and enhancing their ability to operate in a highly dynamic regulatory environment characterized by frequent updates to sanctions lists and compliance requirements.
