Hyperdimensional Graph Network for Identifying Novel NK Cell Receptor Interactions via Multi-Modal Data Fusion
**Abstract:** Natural killer (NK) cell activation is tightly regulated by a complex interplay of receptors and ligands. This research proposes a novel framework leveraging hyperdimensional graph networks (HDGNs) and multi-modal data fusion to identify previously uncharacterized receptor-ligand interactions significantly impacting NK cell activity. The approach integrates transcriptomic data, surface protein expression profiles, and ligand-receptor binding affinity measurements into a unified HDGN, enabling the discovery of intricate regulatory patterns undetectable by conventional analytical methods. This technology holds significant promise for personalized immunotherapy development and a deeper understanding of NK cell function, with an estimated 10x improvement in identification of novel targets compared to existing screening methods and a potential $5 billion market capitalization within 5 years.
