Introducing Three Indices for ORBIT++: RCS-F, PAI, and HII
This technical note introduces three novel indices for the ORBIT++ framework: RCS-F (Rhythm Collaboration Flow Index), PAI (Principle Adherence Index), and HII (Habitat Interaction Index). These indices extend the SEI+ORBIT architecture into ORBIT++, shifting from rigid institutional models toward principle-driven, flow-oriented, and ecologically adaptive systems. RCS-F quantifies cognitive flow and cross-domain collisions; PAI measures adherence to meta-principles guiding dynamic cognition; HII captures the balance between digital and natural habitats in human–AI collaboration. This note functions as a priority claim and conceptual anchor for subsequent working papers on ORBIT++ metric systems
