AI-Guided Immune Programming and Personalized mRNA Vaccines: A Conceptual Framework for Next-Generation Medicine
This work introduces two conceptual biomedical platforms developed by Alkhaleeli BioAI LLC. The first employs artificial intelligence (AI) to guide ex vivo immune programming against synthetic drug molecules, offering individualized and reversible defenses for addiction medicine. The second integrates AI-based antigen prediction with CRISPR validation to create personalized mRNA cancer vaccines, adaptable to tumor evolution. Both approaches highlight the convergence of immunology, synthetic biology, and computational intelligence. Detailed methods are intentionally withheld due to provisional patent protections. This preprint serves as a vision paper, establishing authorship and providing a citable framework for future development.
