Holotype (Figs 43, 117): male, “N. Vietnam, 1400m | [Hoa Binh Prov.] Mai-chau, 20.50'N [20°50'N] | 104.50'E [104°50'E], 40km SE Moc | chau, Urwald [jungle], 7.–15.IV | 1995, leg. Sinjaev [recte: V. Sinyaev], ex. | coll. Schintlmeister | Museum Witt” / “Slide | ZSM Arct. | 2021- 475♂ | A. Volynkin ” (MWM / ZSM). Paratypes. VIETNAM: 2 males, 1 female, same data as in holotype, gen. slide Nos: ZSM Arct. 2021 - 346♂, 2021- 347♂, 2021- 474♀ (MWM / ZSM); 1 female, [Lao Cai Prov.] 1600m, Mt. Fan-si-pan (North), Cha-pa, Primärurwald [primary jungle], 22°17'N 103°44''E, 20–30.iv.1995, V. Sinyaev & Einheim. Sammler [local collector] leg., gen. slide No.: ZSM Arct. 2021 - 473♀ (MWM / ZSM); THAILAND: 3 males, Chiang Mai Prov., Chae Son NP, 1496m, 18°51'22''N 91°22'03''E, 9.vi.2005, K. Černý leg., gen. slide Nos: AV7864 ♂, AV7866 ♂, AV9294 ♂ (CKC); 2 males, Chiang Rai [Prov.], 1090m, road 1150, km 17 from Wiang Pa Pao, 19°18'45''N 99°23'24''E, 27.v.2011, K. Černý leg., gen. slide Nos: AV7870 ♂, AV9295 ♂ (CKC). Diagnosis. The forewing length is 11.0–13.5 mm in males and 15.5–16.0 mm in females. Teulisna taidona sp. n. is externally reminiscent of T. bucseki sp. n. and T. variabilis sp. n. and differs from the former species in the somewhat smaller size and the more intense fuscous suffusion on both wings. Compared to T. variabilis sp. n., T. taidona sp. n. has a somewhat more prominent costal protrusion of the forewing. The male genitalia of T. taidona sp. n. are most similar to T. bucseki sp. n. but distinguished by the shorter and narrower distal saccular process, the proximally narrower phallus, the larger subbasal diverticulum, the somewhat larger dorsal diverticulum lacking the cornutus, the somewhat longer medial section of the vesica, and the presence of only one distal diverticulum bearing a considerably longer, horn-shaped terminal cornutus whereas T. bucseki sp. n. has two distal diverticula bearing shorter cornuti, the larger of which is claw-shaped while the smaller one is horn-shaped. The female genitalia of T. taidona sp. n. differ from T. bucseki sp. n. in the anteriorly narrower corpus bursae lacking the lateral sclerotised pocket, and the markedly larger appendix bursae. Distribution. The new species is known from Northern Vietnam (Hoa Binh and Lao Cai Provinces) and Northern Thailand (Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai Provinces). Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from Tai Dón (White Tai) people, who live in Vietnam, Laos and Yunnan Province of China. The name is a noun in the nominative singular.
