A Unified Geometric Framework for the Millennium Problems: An Analysis of the Golden K Hypothesis

This paper presents the Golden K Hypothesis (GKH) as a unified geometric framework for resolving four of the Clay Millennium Problems. The theory posits that physical reality emerges from the dynamics of a single 'Phason Field' on a fractal substrate derived from the E8 lattice, governed by the principles of Discrete Scale Symmetry and Dynamic Causality. The work demonstrates how these four distinct mathematical problems can be addressed within this single, coherent physical theory: The Riemann Hypothesis is reformulated as a physical law of cosmological stability, with its zeros corresponding to the stable, non-dissipative resonant modes of the Phason Field's vacuum. Yang-Mills Existence and Mass Gap is shown to be a direct consequence of a fundamental geometric UV cutoff and the non-zero energy minimum of the theory's vacuum potential. Navier-Stokes Existence and Smoothness is guaranteed by the same fundamental cutoff and a non-local regulatory mechanism inherent in the theory's dynamics. The P vs NP Problem is mapped onto a physical dichotomy between local (Class P) and non-local (Class NP) dynamical regimes of the Phason Field, making the P≠NP statement a law of physics.
