ORBIT++ v0.1 Proposal Note: Cognitive Flow • Principle Protocols • Digital Habitat

This proposal note introduces ORBIT++ v0.1, an extension overlaying the SEI (Symbiotic Evolution with Intelligence) and ORBIT (Organizational Resonance Based on Intelligence and Topologies) frameworks. ORBIT++ highlights three novel systemic layers: - Cognitive Flow Layer: replacing rigid “institutions” with dynamic cognition streams, emphasizing adaptation, cross-domain collisions, and continuous evolution. - Principle Protocol Layer: introducing meta-rules and principle-driven coordination, guiding cognition flows with flexible yet coherent norms. - Digital Cognitive Habitat Layer: framing human-AI interaction as operating within a dual ecology (natural + digital), requiring new ecological norms for sustainable innovation. In continuity with SEI v1.4 and ORBIT v2.0, ORBIT++ does not replace but rather softens, fluidifies, and ecologizes the current architecture—serving as a “flow-based lubricant” to overcome rigid system boundaries. This work should be read as the conceptual seed for a new research trajectory: from organizational behavior science to intelligent agent protocol systems, enriched by cognitive flow, principle protocols, and digital habitat perspectives.
