COMPUTER VISION ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: PROGRESS, USES, AND FUTURE PROSPECTS

Abstract : Computer vision has advanced significantly thanks to artificial intelligence (AI), which now allows robots to comprehend, analyze, and respond to visual data. In fields including autonomous navigation, medical imaging, facial recognition, and object recognition, artificial intelligence (AI) techniques—particularly deep learning models like Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs)—have shown remarkable progress. The fundamental AI techniques that underpin computer vision are reviewed in this paper, along with its revolutionary applications in a variety of industries, the obstacles to wider adoption, and new research directions and trends in AI-driven computer vision systems. Keywords: Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence,Deep Learning,Convolutional Neural Networks,Edge AI
