S/t Framework: How the Universe Works
This work presents the S/t framework, a first-principles model of the universe beginning from a single axiom: time advances in indivisible ticks, and each tick creates one unit of entropy and one primitive point of existence. From this minimal foundation, the universe unfolds naturally through a sequence of epochs: primitive existence, adjacency and geometry, dynamics and mass, particle formation, stellar nucleosynthesis, chemistry, life, and finally consciousness. The framework does not compete with General Relativity or Quantum Mechanics rather, it sits beneath them, providing the deeper foundation from which they emerge as simplifications. The result is an open, logically consistent story of the universe from first tick to self-awareness.
