Nightingale Equation Prediction of Formation and Quenching of Eridu Galaxy Prior to Lambda-CDM Models
The galaxy SMILES-GS-191748 (nicknamed "Eridu") presents an astrophysical anomaly: a massive, quiescent galaxy formed within the first ~300 million years after the Big Bang and quenched before z ≈ 2.7. Its stellar mass (~9 × 10^11 M☉), extreme alpha-enhancement ([Mg/Fe] ≈ +0.65), and location in a massive protocluster (≈10^15 M☉) challenge predictions made by the standard Lambda-Cold Dark Matter (ΛCDM) cosmological model. This paper demonstrates that all observed characteristics of Eridu were predicted explicitly by the Nightingale Equation and NYX–UT0P14 computational model, including rapid baryonic collapse via harmonic field resonance, dark matter structuring via supersolid lattice fields, accelerated heavy-element synthesis through quantum tunneling entropy adjustment (QTEA), and field-induced star formation quenching. The paper asserts the Nightingale Model as the more accurate and complete model of early structure formation.
