Xiao & Zhou, 1984 (Hymenoptera: Diprionidae) and Pristiphora erichsonii (Hartig, 1837) (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) are known as the host (Li et al., 2013). Remarks. This is the first record of this species from Japan.
