El Concepto Justicia como Producto de la Evolución Social
The concept of justice changes over time because it lacks a univocal content. In ancient Greece, it was believed to be giving each person what they deserve. It was the early philosophers, especially the group of teachers known as the sophists, who theorized this, starting with Simonides. It was Plato (427-348 BCE) who first gave a twist to this meaning. After his death, speculation on the topic had a long hiatus until it reappeared in the 20th century with two contemporary authors: Hans Kelsen, of Austrian origin, and the American John Rawls, who specifically addressed the problem of justice from their points of view.
