Map: Plava banja
Plava banja is a popular informal bathing spot near Kikinda, formed in a former clay pit of the “Toza Marković” company and known for its slightly saline, mineral-rich waters, which many locals—especially older visitors—find soothing. Although the water is not regularly monitored, there haven't been notable safety issues over the years. Once abundant with infrastructure like free shuttle services, concerts, slides, and pedal boats, the site now faces neglect: the facilities are deteriorated, with overgrown beaches, missing showers, and vandalized amenities.
