Annatatsiyа. Yosh avlodni komil inson qilib tarbiyalashda, ular ongida oliyjanob tuyg‘ularni chuqurlashtirishda, Vatanga sadoqat ruhida tarbiyalash va ma’naviy boyligimiz bо‘lgan kitoblarni targ‘ib qilishda kutubxonalarning о‘rni beqiyos. Kutubxona – axborot xizmati tamoyillari, kutubxonalarning shaxsning ijtimoiylashuvidagi roli, kutubxona muloqoti, foydalanuvchilarni о‘rganish muammolari, mutolaa madaniyati targ‘ib etilgan.
