Modelo de Implementación del Método Kaizen en Empresas Textiles Hidalguenses
The Kaizen methodology, also known as continuous improvement, is part of the tools of the Toyota Production System, with which it is complemented to achieve its objectives. Besides being a method, it is also a philosophy that originates from Japanese culture. Kaizen aims to improve processes in organizations within the transformation and services industries to benefit stakeholders. This document proposes a Kaizen implementation model in textile organizations in the State of Hidalgo, using an intervention technique that allows for a detailed understanding of the organizations' requirements by adapting the method. To this end, Lean Manufacturing tools are used to support and complement Kaizen. The results demonstrate benefits in areas such as quality, delivery times, and economic resources for stakeholders.
