Propuesta Plan de Mejora del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en ANGULARQ S.A.S, con Enfoque en la Cultura Organizacional

The main objective of this project is to design an improvement plan to optimize the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) at ANGULARQ S.A.S., ensuring the company's compliance with the standards established in Resolution 0312 of 2019 issued by the Colombian Ministry of Labor. Through a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, the extent to which the company adheres to current regulations will be evaluated. Based on the findings, gaps and key factors hindering the proper implementation of the OHSMS will be identified, utilizing tools such as gap identification matrices and employee interviews. With this information, practical strategies will be designed to strengthen workplace safety and foster a more preventive organizational culture. This study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, to provide a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the company's safety conditions. Additionally, efforts will focus on raising employee awareness about the importance of occupational safety and improving working conditions, thereby contributing to the organization’s greater sustainability and productivity.
