Impacts of Global Change on Mammal Suitability

This OSF repository hosts data and code supporting the manuscript of "Explainable Artificial Intelligence Reveals Spatially Divergent Effects of Global Change on Mammals", which investigates the ecological impacts of global change on mammal distributions using explainable machine learning. We quantify two change metrics—turnovers and favorability shifts—based on SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) values derived from species distribution models across multiple future climate scenarios.
