Automated Validation and Enhancement of Domain-Specific Knowledge Graphs via HyperScore-Driven Recursive Refinement
**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel framework for automatically enhancing and validating large-scale Domain Specific Knowledge Graphs (DSKGs). Leveraging a multi-modal data ingestion pipeline, semantic decomposition techniques, and a recursive evaluation loop driven by a dynamically weighted "HyperScore" metric, our system inherently addresses the challenges of knowledge graph noise, incompleteness, and lack of contextual relevance. The system achieves 10x improvements in edge accuracy and comprehensiveness over existing manual curation workflows. We demonstrate the efficacy of the approach on DSKGs specific to materials science (마쇄), focusing on the reinforcement learning of material property correlations. The system is designed for immediate commercial implementation within materials informatics and accelerated materials discovery workflows, potentially impacting industries ranging from aerospace to energy storage.
