Assessment of Nigerian Airline Services in the Post-COVID-19 Era

This thesis investigates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Nigerian aviation industry, focusing on operational resilience and passenger satisfaction. It evaluates how airlines adapted through safety measures, digital innovations, and flexible service delivery during the post-pandemic recovery phase. The study combines primary passenger surveys with secondary performance metrics (RPK, load factor, yield) to identify strategies that supported the industry’s recovery and recommends measures to strengthen operational resilience in Nigeria.
