From Quantum to Cosmos: About Space and Time, Mass and Inertia

Final Version 1.0 Abstract This release contains the Formula Collection (FQTC) and the Quantum Gravity Minimalistic Core paper. It provides a compact and technically consistent set of equations unifying quantum mechanics and general relativity into a covariant framework of quantized gravity. The formulation is based on Planck–covariant averaging and introduces the Zander–Schrödinger mass operator together with the Zander–Einstein tensor equation. Alongside the strict formalism, supplementary heuristic notes and early thought experiments are preserved as part of the research process. These sections are clearly marked as non-final and are intended to inspire further exploration, including as a basis for the upcoming book *From Quantum to Cosmos*. All material is published together under one DOI for archival integrity and open scientific discussion. From Quantum to Cosmos establishes a compact, Planck-covariant bridge between General Relativity and Quantum Field Theory. The formulation requires no new constants, provides a minimal and maximal form of quantum gravity, and remains strictly consistent with established physics. This is not a new speculative model – it is a unification by structural consistency. At its core, the approach introduces a mass operator derived from the Hamiltonian spectrum, the Schrödinger-Zander Equation: H=Hhat i ħ ∂t Ψ = H Ψ = c² m Ψ, with m = H / c² On the gravitational side, the Einstein field equations are extended into an operator form, the Einstein-Zander Equation: Ĝμν Ψ = (8πG / c⁴) T̂μν Ψ Together, these relations establish a minimal and covariant framework in which gravity emerges as a quantum-consistent field theory without introducing extra assumptions or dark-sector parameters. The formula collection is designed as a reference backbone for the larger work From Quantum to Cosmos. While the main publication develops the derivations and conceptual interpretations in detail, the present set provides the clean equations, consistent units, and minimal commentary.
