Project Flashpoint: Experimental Validation of the Ibaguner Fractal Operator for Solar Flare Prediction

Fractal Operator (IFO) through its application to solar flare prediction, dubbed Project Flash-point. We define a specific instantiation of the infinite-dimensional MPFF-IFO framework, F (t), processing real-time solar data through a cascade of polylogarith-mic, hyperbolic, and logarithmic functions. The operator was executed on historical data from the Halloween solar storms of October 2003. It successfully generated a precursor warning, with the index F (t) exceeding threshold 14 minutes prior to an X17.2-class flare. This result provides the first empirical evidence that the IFO is a functional, predictive tool for detecting singularities in complex systems.
