Hyper-Spatial Contextualization for Swarm Robotics Navigation in Dynamic, Occluded Environments
**Abstract:** This paper presents a novel approach to swarm robotics navigation called Hyper-Spatial Contextualization (HSC). HSC leverages multi-modal sensor fusion and hyperdimensional computing to enable robust and adaptive navigation of swarm robots in challenging, dynamically changing, and heavily occluded environments. Unlike traditional approaches reliant on global maps or centralized control, HSC facilitates decentralized decision-making based on localized spatial and contextual information, achieving unparalleled agility and resilience in complex operational scenarios. The system offers a 10x improvement in obstacle avoidance and path planning efficiency, with near-real-time adaptability to unpredictable events, and is readily commercializable within a 5-year timeframe for applications in disaster response, search and rescue, and autonomous logistics.
