Statistical Anomalies in LIGO/Virgo Multimessenger Data: Application of the Permutation Test and a Protocol for Future Blind Verification.

This paper presents a retrospective analysis of black hole merger events (GW190521, GW170814, GW200129) using a strict permutation test methodology. A cross-validation scheme was applied to eliminate systematic errors: parameters (k=2.5, C=e/φ≈1.6797) were fixed on GW190521 and blindly tested on independent events. For GW170814, an anomaly was identified (p<0.003), though its retrospective nature requires cautious interpretation. The primary outcome is a rigorously preregistered blind analysis protocol (#243902) for O4/O5 data, designed to conclusively test the hypothesis of a universal frequency-energy relationship in multimessenger transients with predefined parameters.
