<p>The main objective of this study is to explore the nexus of CG and CSR in the Ethiopian commercial banking sector. As a <br>result, this study undertakes empirical measures to determine the effect of the various CG mechanisms on the adoption and <br>integration of CSR practices. Adopting a stakeholder and institutional theory lens, this study employed structural equation <br>modeling with SmartPLS to analyze survey data collected from 349 senior executives of banks. </p>
