Fractional Phase-Lattice Extension of General Relativity
We introduce a phase-lattice driven framework for computing effectiveindices N (u) and veff(u) from Riemann zeros, integrating with fractionalCaputo derivatives to derive curvature scaling Kα(u) in modified GeneralRelativity (GR). Using auto-tuning parameters and rescaling, our dual-alpha (α = 0.5, 0.7) detection achieves robust plateaus with high overlap(57.3%), yielding K = 2.6565 ± 0.0009 (α = 0.5) and K = 2.6562 ±0.0009 (α = 0.7), aligned to Kolmogorov-like target 8/3 ≈ 2.6667 viascales 0.982642 and 0.979906. Phase-driven stats show ⟨N ⟩ = 1.0000,vtransport ≈ 0.9995, bridging non-local effects and GR computations forquantum gravity and cosmology.
