Genarions and Genarion Dynamics: A Temporally Coherent Multi-Scalar Framework for Naturalness, Strong CP, Neutrino Masses, Dark Matter, and Baryogenesis

We propose a novel theoretical framework, Genarion Dynamics, based on the collective evolution of temporally coherent scalar fields we call Genarions (Gena, for short). This construction generalizes the relaxion mechanism of Graham, Kaplan, and Rajendran by extending it to a multi-field, dynamical setting that addresses several unresolved problems of the Standard Model within a single framework. In particular, Genarion Dynamics stabilizes the Higgs mass without fine-tuning, embeds a natural resolution to the strong CP problem, generates neutrino masses through dynamically evolving scalar couplings, predicts a multi-component dark matter spectrum, and provides a mechanism for baryogenesis via scalar-induced CP phases. Unlike static symmetry-based approaches, our framework is inherently time-dependent, producing distinctive, falsifiable predictions accessible to upcoming neutrino oscillation experiments, axion and ultralight dark matter searches, atomic clock networks, and collider observables. This unification of naturalness, CP safety, neutrino physics, dark matter, and baryogenesis marks Genarion Dynamics as a promising path toward a deeper dynamical understanding of the fundamental laws of nature.
