Resolution of the Hodge and Tate Conjectures via Spectral Flow and Algebraic Cycle Analysis

This paper presents a novel resolution of the Hodge and Tate Conjectures through the introduction of a spectral flow framework that unifies analytic, arithmetic, and motivic perspectives. The construction connects spectral transitions in harmonic forms, Frobenius eigenvalues, and algebraic cycle groups via a common spectral flow operator.Central to this resolution is a newly defined motivic spectral flow functor, which reconciles these traditionally distinct domains and enables a coherent, reproducible proof of both conjectures.Beyond its theoretical significance, this work establishes a computational pathway for experimental verification and refinement—offering a bridge between deep geometric insight and practical validation. It marks a major advancement in our understanding of algebraic cycles.
