Translation aspect of phraseological units of the English language based on the work of artby J. London “The call of the wild”

Abstract. In general, the study is aimed at the problem of using authentic fiction for in-dependent reading of students in a non-linguistic university. This article examines some methods of translation of phraseological units from English into Russian based on the work of art by J. London “The Call of the Wild”. Reading promotes faster and more successful language acquisition and increases the level of humanitarian education in a technical university.
