La reintroduzione delle preferenze multiple nella legge elettorale valdostana: una riforma criticabile

At the end of the Regional Legislature, in its session of February 27, 2025, the Regional Council of Valle d'Aosta approved a statutory law concerning the “reintroduction of the three preferences and gender representation” in regional elections. This contribution deals with the contents of the law, which in many points raise doubts and perplexities.
