Sustainable Finance and Corporate Performance: A Comparative Study
Abstract: As businesses focus more on environmental and social issues, sustainable finance is becoming increasingly important. This study looks at how sustainable finance affects corporate performance. To understand this, we used various tests like regression analysis, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing to compare companies that follow sustainable finance strategies with those using traditional methods. We measured key outcomes such as profits, market value, and risk management. By studying businesses from different industries, we found trends, challenges, and benefits linked to sustainable finance practices. Our findings show that companies embracing sustainable finance tend to perform better, gain stakeholder trust, and achieve long-term success. This research offers useful insights for business leaders, investors, and policymakers looking to connect financial strategies with sustainability goals. Keywords: Sustainable Finance, Corporate Performance, Stakeholder Trust, Risk Management, Environmental Responsibility
