Implications of Artificial intelligence in legal profession- A preliminary test on Advocate case management system

Abstract From ages, the term technology has evolved much to serve a better sustainable support to mankind, not just technology but the evolving prudence of a man kept on changing over a period of time to shape the sphere of technology. From idiot box i.e Television to magic Pandora box i.e Personal Computers made the world topsy-turvy capturing the mind and changed the behavioral methods of a mankind. The old traditional methods have become obsolete and replaced by the modern technology where every person can connect themselves with the various other users sitting outside his realm. The transition of changing technology have took a turn to the new modern term i.e Artificial intelligence, the term is quite alluring but it actually dates back to the traditional techniques which we can say that it is an extension to the predictive analysis of a human behaviour through proceed technology methods. These transforming predictive methods have been adapted by various fields whether it is health, mechanics, commercial, engineering etc. In legal field where technology and mechanism may come and play a pivotal role in catalyzing the justice delivery system in our nation. Artificial intelligence has a wider scope in legal field by incorporating in various segments of legal mechanism most deliberately in case management system and in judiciary realm. The various tools and techniques has a complete potential in figuring out the methods of procedure in legal field, like for example the procedure of criminal trials in court and civil court trial may have a lucrative enhancement in maneuvering the process more faster what it takes normally. Predictive tool management can be more helpful to the judicial officers in laying out the case trials outcomes.
