QUALITY ASSURANCE IN MODERN HIGHER EDUCATION

The article substantiates and defines the quality assurance process in modern higher education, which is important for developing effective educational strategies and maintaining the competitiveness of educational organizations in an emerging market. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the analysis of interrelated approaches that make it possible to explain the quality of higher education and prove that ensuring the quality of higher education is a systematic, structured and regular activity in terms of evaluating, maintaining, monitoring and improving the quality of inputs, processes and outcomes of higher education. Determining the quality of higher education is fraught with a number of difficulties, which are formed on the basis of a discrepancy between the goal and the result, according to which the quality improves with a decrease in this discrepancy, which is proved using a formula for assessing the quality of higher educ ation.
