Hellwigia celebica (Ridl.) Senjaya & A. D. Poulsen comb. nov. Alpinia celebica Ridl., J. Straits Branch Roy. Asiat. Soc. 34: 98 1900 (Basionym). Type: Indonesia. Gorontalo, J. G. F. Riedel s. n. (lectotype, designated by Smith, Edin. J. Bot. 47 (1): 40 1990, K! [K 000292402]; isolectotype: BO! [Sheet No. BO-0080211]). Notes. Schumann (1904) also published Alpinia celebica, based on the same type. The duplicate at BO is recorded there as the holotype. Smith (1990 a) lectotypified Riedel’s specimen at K, and here we add the isolectotype that we found at BO.
