Introduction to molecular Pharmacology and its role in drug discovery and development

ABSTRACT: - Over the last century, the pharmaceutical industry has contributed important contributions to healthcare and culture. Traditionally, the development of drugs was based on ethnobotanical knowledge and chance, instead of target specific targets or pathways. Modern molecular pharmacology technologies along with an awareness of the human genome have led to a shift in drug discovery towards based on assumptions and target-based approaches. Machine learning techniques have been frequently employed in pharmacotherapy for developing the best ideas. Information systems, descriptive relationships, pharmacological drugs, data extraction, machine learning, network assessment devices and technological devices powered by computers are an array of examples of computational approaches. The investigative methods are utilized frequently to discover and enhance novel molecules including specific similarity, especially emphasis on pharmacokinetic parameters. Significant improvements in science and technology, contributed to the establishment of the terms of "omics".However, novel substances and regulatory systems continue to be discovered. Omics-based technologies are further divided into three types:-Genomics, Proteomics and Transcriptomics. However, this review focuses on molecular pathogenesis on different drug target interactions with modifying pharmacological mechanism diseases.
