Survey on Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Job roles based on Learnt Technology

This study explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on job roles andemployment dynamics across diverse sectors, with a particular focus on the evolvingrelationship between human expertise and AI technologies. Through a comprehensive literaturereview and the analysis of various case studies, the paper examines how AI-driven innovationsare reshaping human resource practices such as recruitment, performance appraisal, andtraining, while also altering the nature of job tasks. Findings indicate that AI is improvingproductivity and operational efficiency by automating routine tasks, enhancing decisionmaking, and enabling advanced talent management solutions. At the same time, theseadvancements are generating new job opportunities in AI-related fields while increasing therisk of job displacement, particularly in entry-level positions. The research also highlights howemployee perceptions of AI significantly influence their adoption and engagement with thesetechnologies, which in turn impacts job performance. Furthermore, the concept of hybridintelligence—integrating human and AI capabilities—is presented as a promising model fornavigating complex work environments. Key challenges such as ethical considerations, skillobsolescence, workforce anxiety, and the need for continuous upskilling are discussed. Thestudy underscores the importance of adaptive HR strategies, transparent AI implementation, and lifelong learning initiatives to mitigate risks and maximize the benefits of AI adoption inmodern organizations.
