Simulated Data on the Roman Research Nexus

Overview of the Pre-Computed Simulations. Three categories of data products are currently available on the RRN: A realistic, Roman dataset computed using Roman I-Sim. Compatible with the Roman pipeline, includes the individual resultants (averaged reads), rate images, and a mosaic co-add. A direct image and 2-D slitless spectroscopic mode grism image of a field of stars and galaxies simulated as part of the High-Latitude Spectroscopy Survey Grism Simulation Products. Open Universe 2024 simulations. Roman-like images, differences in data format and detailed properties. Rate images and catalogs available in ASDF format (co-add images only available in FITS format from IRSA).
