A Predictive Analysis of Heart Rates Using Machine Learning

Heart disease, a chronic illness thatinfluences millions around the world, underscores theneed of early distinguishing proof. An extraordinaryelement designing methodology, utilizing PrincipalComponent Analysis, is given to find and work onthe main qualities. The's undertaking will probablyutilize ML to gauge the wellbeing condition ofindividuals with heart disease and take importantintercessions. In this review, a group approach, particularly a Stacking Classifier, is utilized tocoordinate the forecasts of Random Forest (RF), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), and LightGBM models. This methodology utilizes the qualities of variousmodels to create an exceptionally versatile and exactlast gauge, with an astonishing 100 percent accuracy. The chose highlights in light of Principal ComponentHeart Failure (PCHF) were utilized to foster themodel, and the Stacking Classifier was prepared to besent in the front end. The blend of the Flaskframework with client validation gives a powerfuland safe stage for client testing, expanding theavailability and convenience of our ML based heartdisease prediction system.
