"Flash floods Decoded"
This paper presents a groundbreaking electromagnetic framework that reconceptualizes flash floods as failures of the atmospheric system’s electromagnetic buffering capacity. Integrating Magnetic Information Density (MID) and Electric Vibration Intensity (EVI), it introduces the Hydromagnetic Event Onset (HEO) threshold to quantify when electromagnetic coherence collapses, triggering rapid water mass release. Challenging traditional hydrological models, the framework frames flash floods as topological failures in magnetic information architecture, analogous to electromagnetic breakdowns in high-temperature superconductors. It offers novel predictive tools, including real-time HEO monitoring, and proposes engineered magnetic buffering strategies to mitigate flood risk. This work unites hydrology, electrodynamics, and topological coherence theory, providing a transformative scientific paradigm and actionable insights for forecasting, urban planning, and emergency response. ---
