Communication Strategy and Toolkit - Final (OPERAS-PLUS Deliverable 8.6)

This Communication Strategy and Toolkit - Final provides comprehensive documentation and evaluation of the communication activities carried out during the OPERAS-PLUS project. It emphasises the development, progress and expansion of the framework described in the Deliverable 8.1, the Communication Strategy and Toolkit, which was published in August 2023. This deliverable outlines the significant changes to the communication strategy and tools implemented throughout the project, reflecting on effective practices, encountered challenges, and the extent to which the defined indicators were achieved. The document concludes with a forward-looking perspective, offering reflections and recommendations on future communication strategies within the OPERAS Research Infrastructure as it moves towards becoming an ERIC by early 2028. This deliverable is currently under review by the European Commission.
