Galactic Rotation Curves_ Emergent Flatness from Exotic Quark Scaffolding and Baryonic Structure
A model of galactic rotation curves is derived from the Vacuum Energy Quantum Field (VEQF) framework, explaining flat rotation curves of spiral galaxies without invoking WIMPs, MOND, or cosmic expansion. Dark matter is posited as exotic quarks forming a primordial gravitational scaffold. Baryonic matter, in a bulge-disk-arms structure, enhances rotational support via geometric shape factors. Momentum transfer efficiency, modulated by the inflection radius ,r_inflection, steepens inner curves without rising outer. The predicted rotation curve for NGC 3198 matches observations with an RMSE of 12.54 km/s and final velocity of 155.7 km/s (observed: 155.3 km/s). The model aligns with the ~27% dark matter energy density and uses no free parameters beyond physical mass distributions and geometric scales. Compared to standard NFW + baryons (RMSE 24.72 km/s, final 199.9 km/s), VEQF provides superior fit without tuning.
