State land management and its importance in organizing economically efficient, environmentally safe and rational agricultural land use and life support in rural areas

The land management is the main mechanism ensuring rational, economically efficient, environmentally responsible, sustainable and complete use of all available land potential of the country, especially in the sphere of agricultural land use; it is also the main instrument for implementing land policy, ensuring акуу access to land – the basis of life and activity of the peoples of Russia. The fair regulation of land relations, and the assessment of the rent intensity of agricultural lands based on the profitability of agricultural activities (the cost of selling land products and all costs associated with production and their sale), calculated according to the accounting reports of agricultural organizations, and their collection at the level of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and in the Russian Federation as a whole, allows to establish economically reasonable management of agricultural land and provide the necessary organization and financial support to agricultural producers. These problems of agricultural land use are discussed in this article.
