Improving the characteristics of radio communication systems receiving and transmitting devices

Problem statement. In the modern world, the volume of information being processed and transmitted is steadily growing, but in a number of areas, electronics technology has reached the limit of its physical capabilities, and alternative methods (molecular and quantum) information processing are currently insufficiently studied for industrial applications. The most optimal solution is to transmit a signal in radio engineering systems using photonics elements. Goal. Improving the technical and technical characteristics of receiving and transmitting paths when using photonic elements in radio engineering devices. This technology, when using a modern electronic optical component base, currently allows transmitting an analog microwave signal at frequencies in the band up to 100 GHz, at lengths of the order of tens of meters, without the use of additional elements in the signal transmission path. Results. The considered approach using photonic elements makes it possible to qualitatively improve the operational characteristics of radio paths. Practical significance. The proposed solutions can be used in the transceiver channels of radio engineering systems for various purposes.
