MAIN FACTORS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACTIVATING COOPERATION OF CENTRAL ASIAN COUNTRIES
The article, based on the collected factual material, reveals the factors and conditions for the intensification of cooperation between the Central Asian countries over the past three years. The factors for intensifying cooperation between the Central Asian countries are arranged according to areas of activity, and the transformation of the system of international relations is considered as the conditions in which their interaction occurs. Based on the analysis of statistical sources the actions of internal and external factors in activating cooperation in the region are shown in detail by identifying the mechanisms by which factors influence the dynamics of relationships. Particular attention is paid to the integration focus of cooperation, which, under favorable geopolitical conditions, could lead to the emergence of a new regional Central Asian integration association. A thorough study of the treaties and agreements concluded between the Central Asian states allows us to conclude that the intensification of cooperation is largely associated with a clear awareness by the countries of their foreign policy interests, consisting of a clear understanding of the priority in foreign policy of close interaction with neighbors with whom there are close civilizational ties.
